1. Who we are

This website (camvigo.com) is run by Orbis | Dreams B.V., trading as Camvigo, Posthoornstraat 17, 3011 WD Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 71197494. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Questions? Email hello@camvigo.com.

2. This policy covers the website only

This policy is about camvigo.com. Our apps, such as Pushrep, have their own privacy policy. You can find it on the website of each app, for example pushrep.com.

3. No cookies, no tracking

We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or social media plugins. We don't load fonts, scripts or images from other websites. We don't build profiles of visitors.

4. Your light or dark mode choice

If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. It stays on your own device. We never receive it. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data.

5. Server logs

Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page you requested and your browser type. We use these logs only to keep the website secure and working. They are kept for a short period and then deleted. Our hosting provider processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

6. When you email us

If you email us, we use your name, email address and the content of your message to reply to you. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to help you, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. When you apply for a job

If you email us an application, we use the information you send (such as your CV, portfolio links and motivation) only to assess your application. We delete it no later than four weeks after the application process ends. With your permission, we may keep it for up to one year to contact you about future roles.

8. Sharing

We don't sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers that help us run the website and email (such as our hosting and email provider), and only as far as needed. If one of them is based outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Send your request to hello@camvigo.com. We respond within one month.

If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

10. Security

Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
